It’s open to all — regardless of denomination or religious background — who are searching for something deeper and are open to encountering Jesus Christ through the Gospels and the Sacraments. \nWho is it for?\nCollege students and young professionals ages 18–24. You must be 18 by December 26\, 2026 to attend. \nWhen is it and where is it?\nDecember 26–29\, 2026 at Ridgecrest Conference Center in Black Mountain\, North Carolina. \nWhat is the Registration Fee? \n\nEarly Registration (by Oct 25\, 2026) — $350\nRegular Registration (by Nov 15\, 2026) — $400\nCombined Zion/Upstream (by Nov 15\, 2026) — $550\n\nRegistration covers meals\, lodging\, and overhead expenses for the conference. \nWhat do I get with my registration fee?3 nights of accommodations\, 8 meals\, a Zion T-shirt\, and a amazing program!Who do I reach out to with any questions\, comments\, concerns\, or anything Zion 2025 related? You can reach out to us through our email zion-mail@jesusyouth.us for ANY and ALL things ZionHow can I get info about the program?Whether you are looking for information\, sharing Zion with a friend\, or just want to count down the days till it starts\, this website is the place to be! Our Instagram\, jyzion2026\, has a content of cool content and regular updates as well\, so be sure to follow and see everything that we put out!Registration \nWhat are Registration deadlines? \n\nSept 5 – Registration Opens\nOctober 25 – Early Registration Ends\nNovember 15 – Registration Closed\n\nWhat are the payment deadlines?\n\nOn Registration – Non-refundable deposit due\nNovember 22 – ALL PAYMENTS DUE\n\nWhen is the remaining amount due? All total payments are due regardless of registration time by November 22\, 11:59PM EST. Where do I pay? How?\nWhen you submit the registration\, you will be redirect to the payment portal\, DonorNetwork\, to pay the deposit. Afterwards\, you should get a confirmation email from zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. In that email\, there will be a payment link. \nThis payment link will be used for both the deposit and other payments made for registration \nIs there Group Registration this time?Short answer – no. Instead we have implemented a referral system instead\, where participants can get a discount when other register and enter their email as the referer. \nWe believe that this approach invites you to personally invite your friends to this journey in Christ! What is the cancellation policy?\nIf you’re unable to attend Zion 2026 after registering and submitting your deposit: \n\nBy November 22\, 2026 — full refund\, minus the deposit\nBy December 1\, 2026 — 50% refund\, minus the deposit\nAfter December 1\, 2026 — no refund\n\nTo start a cancellation\, email zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. and a team member will follow up with you. \nReferral Program \nWhy have a referral system? When we find something good\, our first instinct is to share it with our friends! This referral discount is to encourage this realization\, to share the goodness of God with those we love. If you know someone who’s searching for something deeper\, invite them to Zion — and save on your own registration while you’re at it.How much can I save?\n$10 off your registration for every person you refer\, up to five referrals — a maximum discount of $50. \nHow do I actually refer someone?\nJust share Zion with them and have them register! When your friend fills out their own registration form\, there’s a spot for them to enter your email address as the person who referred them. \nWhen do I get credit for my referral?\nOnce your friend submits their registration and pays their $100 deposit\, your discount is applied toward your final payment. \nDoes the person I refer get a discount too?\nNo\, the discount goes to the referrer\, not the person being referred. If your friend wants to save on their own registration\, they’ll need to refer people of their own who haven’t yet registered for Zion 2026. \nIs there a deadline to refer people?\nReferrals count throughout the whole registration period\, right up until registration closes. \nDoes this work for Combined Zion/Upstream registration too?\nYes — the referral program applies whether you’re registering for Zion alone or for Combined Zion/Upstream. \nCan I combine the referral discount with the early registration rate?\nYes\, the referral discount is separate from your registration tier (early or regular) — it comes off your final payment regardless of which rate you registered at. \nTravel \nWhich airport should I fly into? \nAsheville Regional Airport (AVL) is the closest option to Ridgecrest. Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is roughly a 1.5-hour drive from the venue. \nWhat time should I arrive/depart?\nCheck-in begins December 26 at 4:00 PM EST. The conference concludes the mid-day December 29\, with the rest of the day reserved for travel home. \n***If you fly in earlier or later\, you will responsible for your own transportation and accommodations*** \nWhen should I book my flight?\nWe recommend booking tickets between 1.5-3 months before your time of departure\, but cannot guarantee. \nIs there transportation to/from the airport?\nA bus shuttle service will be provided from AVL and CLT at an additional subsidized cost roundtrip. More information and the travel form will come out soon\, so be on the look out! \nWhat do I bring? \nPacking list will be sent to registrants closer to the time. \nQUESTIONS?\nIf you need more information about the conference\, how to get with a group traveling to Zion\, or anything else on your mind: \nCONTACT US
