While there is one main Missionary Track for all adults (18+)\, the journey also creates space for meaningful breakouts based on life situations\, common interests\, and areas of mission. This allows us to share the same missionary vision and formation while connecting more intentionally with others who may be walking through similar seasons of life or share particular passions and interests.\n\n\n\n\nAlongside the main Missionary Track\, we’ll offer ministry-based tracks\, as well as dedicated tracks for Teens\, Middle Schoolers\, and Elementary Kids\, along with parent-supported babysitting available for toddlers – so that every member of the family can Come Alive in their calling. \n\n\nRegistration & Cost \nHow do I register for the conference?Registration involves two separate steps: Jesus Youth registration and Ridgecrest accommodation booking. \n\nComplete and submit the UPSTREAM registration form: https://jyupstream2026.paperform.co\nCheck your email for a confirmation containing your payment code/link\, and complete the Jesus Youth portion of your registration.\nReserve your room(s) directly with Ridgecrest Conference Center. Only the first night’s room payment is due at the time of booking. We would be happy to explore available options with you. \nTravel \nShould I drive or fly? Which airport should I use?\nDriving is the preferred option for reaching Ridgecrest Conference Center. \nIf you are flying\, Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is the closest airport to the venue. \nCharlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Ridgecrest. A limited\, first-come-first-served shuttle will be available from CLT to Ridgecrest for guests arriving by 2:00 PM ET on December 29\, 2026\, at a subsidized cost per person. \nPlease note: Shuttle seats are limited and not guaranteed\, so please plan your travel accordingly. \nWhere can I sign up for the shuttle service for airport pickup?\nCloser to the conference\, we will send a separate form where you can share your travel details and request a shuttle seat.
