We will encounter God\, each other\, and even ourselves as we pray\, play\, reflect\, share\, and adventure together.  \nCOME TOGETHER\nBring your friends\, roommates\, and neighbors! Students will experience spiritually nutritious sessions\, meaningful discussions\, interactive activities\, intergenerational community\, and MORE. \nWho is it for?\nCollege students and above from ages 18-24. This means if you are a recent graduate or taking a gap year\, we have a place for you too! So if I were you\, I would follow us immediately.  \nRegistration \nWhat are Registration deadlines? \n\nAugust 23 – Registration Opens\nOctober 1 – Early Registration Ends\nNovember 1 – Registration Closed\n\nWhat are the payment deadlines?\n\nOctober 1 – NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for early registration due \nNovember 1 – Regular registration NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due\nNovember 15 – ALL PAYMENTS DUE\nPlease note that any remaining payment made after 11:59PM EST\, November 15\, will incur a $25 late fee. \n\nWhen is the non-refundable deposit due?\n\nEarly registration\, the non-refundable deposit is due on October 1\, 11:59PM EST. \nRegular registration\, beginning on October 2\, has a non-refundable deposit of $100 due on November 1\, 11:59PM EST.\n\nWhen is the remaining amount due? \nAll total payments are due regardless of registration time by November 15\, 11:59PM EST.  \nWhere do I pay? How?When you submit the registration\, you should get a confirmation email from zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. In that email\, there will be a payment link. \nThis payment link will be used for both the deposit and other payments made for registrationIs there Group Registration?Yes there is\, to find out the details of group registration please refer to the group registration section on our website down below. If there’s any questions\, comments\, or concerns\, please reach out to us at zion-mail@jesusyouth.us.Who is the primary contact person for group registration? \nIf you choose to do group registration (which we highly recommend!)\, pick one member to be your group’s primary contact person (PCP). PCP will be the sole person to collect necessary group members’ information and fill out ONE registration form on behalf of your entire group. \nIf I am in a group\, who pays my non-refundable deposit? \nOnce your primary contact person fills out the registration form on behalf of everyone in the group\, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided. In the email\, you will find a payment link where you can submit the deposit to secure your spot. All deposits must be received within the deadline to secure your spot with the group. \nIf I am signing up as an individual\, where do I pay my non-refundable down payment and registration fee? When you register\, you will get the payment links in an email from zion-mail@jesusyouth.usWhat is the cancellation policy?The deposit of $100 is NON-REFUNDABLE! A full refund of the remaining balance paid will be provided for any cancellation made by 11:59PM EST November 15\, 2024 by contacting zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. A 50% refund of the remaining balance paid will be provided for any cancellation made by 11:59PM EST December 1\, 2024 by contacting zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. Any cancellations after December 1\, 2024\, will receive NO REFUND. Can I transfer my registration to another person?\n\nTransferring of registration will be permissible till 11:59PM EST on December 1\, 2024 by emailing zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. Any transfer requests submitted after 11:59PM EST December 1\, 2024 will not be approved. \n***If you registered in a group\, only another person that fits the criteria of the group type (parish\, campus\, or city) can take your place in the group registration***\n\nGroup Registration \nWhat are the group registration steps?\n1. Create a group of at least 7 people and no more than 14\nThe group must be a campus\, parish\, or local group to qualify for a $50 discount per person.  \n2. Appoint a primary contact person   \n3. Primary contact person collects the following information from each group member \n\nFirst Name\nLast Name\nDOB\nPhone Number\nEmail\nT-shirt Size\n\n4. Primary contact person fills out the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM completely and accurately for the group! \n5. Once the form is submitted\, every member will receive a confirmation email with a secure payment link\, which can be used to pay the $100 deposit!  \n6. Then\, CELEBRATE because you are all registered for ZION 2025 and have received a $50 discount from your total registration cost! \n7. Remember to submit total payment by November 15\, 2024 by 11:59PM EST. \nTravel \nWhich airport can I fly into? \nGeorge Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) are great options and a shuttle to Pineywoods Camp can be provided at any additional cost of $30 if you fill out the travel form\, which will be sent after registration closes. \nWhat time should I arrive/depart?For those flying\, please book flights that arrive before 2:30PM CST on Tuesday\, December 31st and depart after 2:30PM CST on Saturday\, January 4th.
