FAMILY
One of the best parts of Awaken will be coming together as a family, both biological and spiritual! Now is the time to reunite with your brothers and sisters in Christ from all over the country, build new friendships and dive deeper into themes relevant for every stage of life. Throughout the days of awaken, multiple streams of programming will be offered to respond to the needs of the whole family. There is truly something for everyone and it will be the perfect way to come together in joy and unity!
RENEW
These last two years have been challenging in many ways for many people. As we begin a new year, let us renew our strength in the Lord. Through the days of Awaken, you will be encouraged and inspired to fix your eyes on the eternal, to awaken and renew your soul for the missionary journey that lies ahead!

GIFT
Has the Jesus Youth Movement been a gift in your life? How have you received that gift and how will you pay it forward? Awaken will be a time to deeply answer that question in our hearts, prayers and conversation. Surrounded by new and old friends we celebrate the giftedness of Jesus Youth and reflect how we can embrace and share this gift of joy with the world!
HOPE
As Christians, we are called to be people of hope. Yet so often, our hope is hampered by the situation within and around us. Awaken is your opportunity to restore hope in your spiritual life, family, and ministry. We will encounter the Lord through our inspiring peers, speakers, and most importantly, through the Eucharist. Come and prepare your hearts to receive the abiding hope that comes only from the Lord, through anointed times of prayer and renewal in your identity as a Jesus Youth.

Wednesday, December 28, 2022 (4 pm EST check-in begins) – Sunday, January 1, 2023 (early morning check out) at the Ridgecrest Conference center (1 Ridgecrest Dr, Black Mountain, NC 28711). Please coordinate your travel plans with the travel desk (awaken@jesusyouth.us)
People of all ages! There will be streams for families, young adults, teens, middle schoolers and children. Whether you have only been to one JY program or are a committed member, you are welcome!
Cost of registration varies depending on 1) your registration class and 2) when you register. There are early bird- special rates for those who register early. See here

Driving as a group has been one of the most fruitful and memorable time for a Jesus Youth. If you are able to drive as a region, don’t miss the opportunity.
Flying
We will be providing free shuttle/transportation options for those flying into Asheville Regional Airport(AVL). For those looking to fly into Charlotte or other airports please coordinate with the travel desk before booking your tickets.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on December 28, 2022. The event ends with vigil mass late on Dec 31st, 2022. If you register for the full conference, we recommend arriving later that afternoon on December 28th and departing early morning on Jan 1st. 2023
If you want to enjoy the scenery, or the facility offerings such as mini golf, hike, laser tag etc. please coordinate with the travel desk and come few days before. During the conference, there will be few hours allocated to experience the above mentioned venue facilities.
