ZION is a place of many meetings, and we’re not talking about Zoom calls. We will encounter God, each other, and even ourselves as we pray, play, reflect, share, and adventure together.

General
Zion is a Catholic conference for college students who want to encounter God and experience something new. Students will experience spiritually nutritious sessions, meaningful discussions, interactive activities, intergenerational community, and MORE.
College students and above from ages 18-24. This means if you are a recent graduate or taking a gap year, we have a place for you too! (Unfortunately, the program is not open for high school students)
- Early Registration (8/23-10/1) – $400
- Regular Registration (10/2-11/1) – $450
- Group Registration (8/23-11/1) – $350/person [see Group Registration for deets]

Registration
- August 23 – Registration Opens
- October 1 – Early Registration Ends
- November 1 – Registration Closed
- October 1 – NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for early registration due
- November 1 – Regular registration NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due
- November 15 – ALL PAYMENTS DUE
- Please note that any remaining payment made after 11:59PM EST, November 15, will incur a $25 late fee.
- Early registration, the non-refundable deposit is due on October 1, 11:59PM EST.
- Regular registration, beginning on October 2, has a non-refundable deposit of $100 due on November 1, 11:59PM EST.
All total payments are due regardless of registration time by November 15, 11:59PM EST.
This payment link will be used for both the deposit and other payments made for registration
If you choose to do group registration (which we highly recommend!), pick one member to be your group’s primary contact person (PCP). PCP will be the sole person to collect necessary group members’ information and fill out ONE registration form on behalf of your entire group.
Once your primary contact person fills out the registration form on behalf of everyone in the group, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided. In the email, you will find a payment link where you can submit the deposit to secure your spot. All deposits must be received within the deadline to secure your spot with the group.
- Transferring of registration will be permissible till 11:59PM EST on December 1, 2024 by emailing zion-mail@jesusyouth.us. Any transfer requests submitted after 11:59PM EST December 1, 2024 will not be approved.
- ***If you registered in a group, only another person that fits the criteria of the group type (parish, campus, or city) can take your place in the group registration***
Group Registration
1. Create a group of at least 7 people and no more than 14
The group must be a campus, parish, or local group to qualify for a $50 discount per person.
2. Appoint a primary contact person
3. Primary contact person collects the following information from each group member
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- Phone Number
- T-shirt Size
4. Primary contact person fills out the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM completely and accurately for the group!
5. Once the form is submitted, every member will receive a confirmation email with a secure payment link, which can be used to pay the $100 deposit!
6. Then, CELEBRATE because you are all registered for ZION 2025 and have received a $50 discount from your total registration cost!
7. Remember to submit total payment by November 15, 2024 by 11:59PM EST.
Travel
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) are great options and a shuttle to Pineywoods Camp can be provided at any additional cost of $30 if you fill out the travel form, which will be sent after registration closes.
***If you fly in earlier or later, you will responsible for your own transportation and accommodations***
We recommend booking tickets between 1.5-3 months before your time of departure, but cannot guarantee.
A bus shuttle service will be provided from IAH and HOU at an additional cost of $30 roundtrip as long as the travel form is completed and flights are arriving before 2:30PM CST on December 31st and departing after 2:30PM CST on Saturday, January 4th.
Packing list will be sent to registrants closer to the time.
